Contract Reinforces AXS-One's Position as Market Leader for Electronic

Records Delivery Solutions to European Travel Industry

AXS-One, Inc. (AMEX: AXO), a leading provider of records compliance management solutions, today announced that its UK subsidiary has signed a three-year contract with Libra Holidays to provide a hosted service for the electronic delivery of confirmation invoices and related booking documents to UK travel agents. Libra Holidays is one of the largest independent tour operators and was recently rated ninth largest by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) based on total number of passengers.

In September 2004, AXS-One announced that it had finalized agreements with the four largest tour operators - First Choice, My Travel, Thomas Cook, and TUI UK - who collectively represent more than 50 percent of the entire CAA-regulated travel sector. This latest contract reinforces AXS-One's position as the emerging industry-standard for e-delivery solutions.
