Through the agreement, Tivity will resell the Portfolio DecisionWare products, which enable high-value, fact-based project portfolio decision making. Additionally, the companies will be working together to enhance and fully integrate the Portfolio DecisionWare software into the Tivity(TM) PSA suite and solutions.

In recently published reports, analyst firm Aberdeen Group projects an $810 million PSA market in 2002. Project portfolio management is a critical element of PSA -- or as AMR Research Group recently referred to it, EVM (Enterprise Venture Management) tools -- helping organizations manage time, money, and resources for virtually any corporate project.
