(AMEX: AXO), a leading provider of e-business solutions announced today new developments in a joint venture with Hospitality Warehouse a leading e-procurement service provider for the leisure industry. Hospitality Warehouse, the joint venture between AXS-One and RCI Southern Africa, announced exciting new developments as a result of it's recent acquisition of the Hotel Shop operations from the Protea Hotel Group. The Hospitality Warehouse service offering includes an Internet based shopping hub, a full end-to-end procurement system from "requisition to cheque", a complete supply chain management offering as well as an outsourced fulfilment process. Unlike many other offerings available today, Hospitality Warehouse allows customers to select the level of service that they require in order to meet their business needs. It also provides a scalable offering allowing businesses to prove the cost savings and efficiency improvements on a low risk incremental basis.

"The addition of the Hotel Shop operations and the immediate conversion to a full end to end procurement system by the Hotels operated by the Protea Group will more than double the revenue and number of businesses served by Hospitality Warehouse," commented Geoff Ronaldson, General Manger of Hospitality Warehouse. "We believe the utilisation of the full end to end procurement system from AXS-One, initially by the hotels we own directly, will significantly help us to minimise fraud, reduce the paper chase we were always involved with, make better use of our resources from an accounting perspective, since queries will be resolved more efficiently and payments made more quickly through the use of the electronic facilities inherent within the system, and eliminate much of the maverick spending that happens for purchases that are outside of budgets and authority levels," continued Gillis.
