The Group recently announced the commissioning of a corporate-wide data base that unites thirteen separate monthly data feeds including direct transactions, travel agent bookings, holiday insurance data, brochure requests and customer satisfaction and lifestyle survey responses into one single customer view marketing database for their leading holiday brands of Wallace Arnold, Shearings, National Holidays and Caledonian Travel.

Taking their IT service levels further, WA Shearings have now subscribed to the AXS-One e-Delivery Service.
