Premier Holidays is a privately owned, independent tour operator with over 65 years experience in selling holidays. As an independent tour operator, Premier Holidays specialise in providing world-wide tailor-made holidays, providing their customers with some of the highest levels of flexibility and choice available in the market today.

Premier Holidays have recently subscribed to the AXS-One e-Delivery Service for automated invoice delivery to their travel agent community. The scope of the Service has been extended as Premier Holidays provide an additional invoice check prior to invoices being released. The Service gives Premier Holidays the ability to carry out this additional check via the Web and once the “hold” status has been removed, the invoice is automatically delivered to the agent the following day.

Sue Earnshaw, Director at Premier Holidays, said, “We are looking to make considerable cost savings from not having to print out the invoices for checking and then posting. The ability to download the invoices for checking/reconciliation will make the entire process easier for our staff, and quicker for our customers and agents. The Service will help us to provide continually high levels of service.”
