Recent headlines in the business press have highlighted the need for electronic discovery to be taken more seriously by corporations.

Organizations are creating and retaining more than 90% of all transactions in electronic format, from e-mail communication to accounting, financial and other information. New laws and regulations, such as Sarbanes-Oxley, have made the issue of record retention policies – what to retain, how and for how long - even more complex. Once litigation begins, organizations may be required to recover and identify thousands or millions of electronic records. For organizations without an enforceable retention program and a secure, auditable archive and electronic records management solution, the costs associated with this are daunting.

Join AXS-One for an informative, educational online presentation featuring an attorney specializing in e-discovery and IT experts with significant end-user experience in developing, implementing and managing electronic retention policies and solutions. During a 60 minute session combining presentations with an open forum discussion, they will be advising attendees on:

  • Today’s requirements for a document/records retention program
  • How to integrate e-mail management into corporate records retention programs
  • Minimizing the costs associated with e-discovery
  • Best practices for managing and preserving electronic records
  • Ensuring your records retention program supports future litigation rather than expose your organization to additional risks
Register and attend this free 60-minute online discussion if you are currently:
  • Facing mounting costs from increased litigation and legal discovery
  • Developing records retention/management policies
