Brittany Ferries
Brittany Ferries is a wholly owned French company established in 1972.  They have grown to provide passenger and freight services and operate a fleet of nine ships, with 2,300 staff and a turnover of 2 billion French Francs.  Brittany Ferries is the leading shipping organization west of Dover with 52.6% and 57.5% total passenger and freight traffic respectively.  Brittany Ferries consulted with AXS-One to build an Internet-based system, using the AXSPoint (TM) Travel solutions, to automate the whole process of issuing monthly statements and invoices and managing queries with its 3,500 strong agent community.  The AXSPoint Travel solution is improving cash collection, saving on administration costs, enhancing the company's ability to address agents' questions quickly and allowing Brittany staff to focus on value-added activities.

The State Compensation Fund, processing almost 8,000 new documents every day, needed to improve customer service in offices throughout Arizona.
